More than just colours

Sometimes a football kit is more than simply just colours to represent your team.

Through the Wildman Fund, Etch UK provides sponsorship to the Kibera Saints Football Academy and their logo sits proudly on the KS kit. The importance of these kits goes far beyond branding or matchday photos.

“For the young members of the football academy, having ‘official’ kit is life changing.”

Each player pays a small amount towards their kit. It’s intentional. That contribution creates ownership, pride and commitment and the rest is subsidised so that cost isn’t a barrier to belonging. That sense of community, pride and visibility is exactly what these kits represent.

All kits are sourced and printed locally in Kenya. That choice matters. It supports local businesses and avoids the logistical and financial challenges that come with importing goods, ensuring continuity, sustainability and local impact in how support is delivered.
