As our washrooms project progresses, we've now reached the point where the floor, walls, and roof are complete and the building has been secured against the ever-present threat of occupation by squatters.
Now attention will focus on fitting out the inside of the building with plaster, tiles, toilets, washbasins, plumbing, internal doors, and paintwork.
Our local team (of which many members are volunteers) has done incredibly well to achieve so much already. Seeing the physical fruits of their efforts is a testament to their skill and dedication; that there is a building there at all reflects the generous financial contributions from the UK.
